Jerry Chavez, EDFP
President / CEO 
Jerry Chavez is the President/CEO for Marshall County EDC and has worked in economic development for 18 years, previously working in North Dakota, Arizona, and Montana. Jerry recently moved to the area and began working for the MCEDC in spring 2014. 
Jerry is responsible for development new strategies to attract new businesses, helping existing business with their growth plans and improving the business climate. These activities combined with others will grow and strengthen the Marshall County economy. Since his arrival, MCEDC has been very successful implementing a new direction for the organization and has begun to implement a strategic plan that was recently adopted by the MCEDC Board of Directors. 
Nancy Tyree
Communications and Marketing Manager 
Nancy Tyree has worked as the Communications and Marketing Manager for Marshall County EDC since 2015. Nancy is a Marshall County native who has lived in the area for most of her life.
Nancy is responsible for the development and implementation of MCEDC’s communications, marketing, and public relations plans in order to position the organization as one of the premier economic development corporations in north central Indiana.
Prior to working for MCEDC, she served as a marketing intern for the Marshall County Community Foundation, where she increased website and social media traffic. Nancy is also a coach for the Plymouth High School Speech and Debate team.
Pam Davis
Office Manager  
Pam Davis has worked as the Office Manager for Marshall County EDC since 2008. Pam is a life-long resident of Marshall County.  
Pam is responsible for the smooth running of the MCEDC office, managing the office calendar, and serving as bookkeeper for the organization among other duties. Pam also provides office services for the Plymouth Industrial Development Corporation (PIDCO).  
Prior to working for MCEDC, she served as Office Manager for HVAC in Plymouth for 30 years. Pam is also active in the Plymouth Kiwanis club, and serves as a board member.
