Veterans Parkway Extends Marshall County's Reach10/05/2015 Veterans Parkway, connecting Michigan Street to U.S. Highway 31, is certain to result in economic growth. The road provides a safe access point to major transportation networks for area residents and an efficient route for businesses to distribute products and materials between Plymouth and other markets in northern Indiana. The road is a testament to the value of cooperation between state and local organizations in improving our communities’ quality of place. On October 2nd, Marshall County Commissioners and the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) spoke at the grand opening about the importance of partnership in achieving this vision. They stood alongside local veterans at the ceremony, and all groups came together to cut the ribbon and commemorate the occasion. Veterans Parkway is named in honor of Marshall County’s past, present, and future military men and women who serve our country with pride and dignity.
