Manufacturing Shell Building Constructed to Attract Jobs

A like-minded partnership took bold steps to attract investment and jobs to Marshall County through the construction of a 45,000 sq. ft. shell building in Plymouth. Local officials celebrated the completion of the building today at a ribbon cutting event following three years of planning and construction.

The benefit of having such a building in Marshall County is that we can increase our competitiveness in attracting jobs with the ability to respond quickly to businesses considering a location in the county. Most site searches today begin with businesses looking for a modern, flexible, and readily available building.

The partnership included four public and private entities representing local government, economic development, and a building contractor.
